Installation Guide
Follow the simple instructions to install the subscription on your devices. These steps will help you activate your account in just a few minutes.
Smart TV Samsung
Open App Store
Press the Smart Hub button on your remote and navigate to the Apps section.
Install the App
Search for "IBO Player Pro" or "Hot Player" in the store and download and install it for free.
Get Your Device Info
Open the app, and on the main screen you'll find the Device ID and Device Key (MAC). Take a screenshot or copy them.
Activate Your Subscription
Send us the screenshot via WhatsApp, and our team will link the subscription to your device immediately and send you the channel list.
Refresh & Start Watching
After activation confirmation, do a Reload or restart the app to see all channels and packages.
Tip: For the best 4K quality without buffering, we recommend connecting your TV directly via Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi.
Smart TV LG (webOS)
Open LG Store
Press the Home button on your remote and navigate to LG Content Store.
Download the App
Use the search function and type "IBO Player Pro" or "Hot Player" and download it.
Screenshot Device Info
When you open the app, you'll see the Device ID (MAC) and password. Keep them and send them to us.
Remote Activation
Contact our support team via WhatsApp and provide them with the MAC address so they can push the channel list to your device immediately.
Important Note: Some apps on LG systems offer a free trial period (7-30 days). After that, a one-time app purchase is required, which is separate from the IPTV subscription price.
Android Devices (TV Box / Mobile)
Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV or phone.
Download the App
Search for IBO Player Pro or Hot Player and download and install it.
Choose Login Method
Open the app and choose "Login with Xtream Codes API" — this is the recommended method.
Enter Account Details
Enter the details you received from us: Username, Password, and Server URL.
Enjoy Watching
All channels, movies, and series will be loaded automatically. Start watching in the highest quality!
Info: IBO Player Pro supports all screen resolutions including 4K, and is compatible with MX and VLC players for the best streaming experience.
Amazon Fire TV Stick
Enable External Sources
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and enable Apps from Unknown Sources.
Download Downloader App
Search the Amazon store for the Downloader app (orange icon) and download and install it.
Download App via Downloader
Open the Downloader app and enter one of the following codes/links depending on the app you want:

Modern & fast player – simple interface
Install the App
After downloading, an Install option will appear. Accept and wait for installation to complete.
Connect & Start Watching
Open the app and send us the device info (Device ID / MAC) via WhatsApp, or enter the Xtream API details we sent you.
Tip: After installation, go back to the Downloader app and delete the APK file to save space on your device.
Apple (iPhone / iPad / Apple TV)
App Store
Open the App Store on your device (iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV).
Download the Player
Search for IBO Pro Player or Smarters Player Lite and download it.
Request Login Credentials
Contact us via WhatsApp and request your subscription details. We'll send you 3 pieces of information you'll need:
- 🔹 Username
- 🔹 Password
- 🔹 Server URL
Login via Xtream Codes API
In the Smarters Player Lite app, choose "Login with Xtream Codes API" and enter the Username, Password, and Server URL we sent you.
Enjoy Watching
After logging in, all channels, movies, and series will appear. Start watching in high quality!
Note: IBO Player Pro is available on the App Store and supports all Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. You can also use AirPlay to display content on your big screen.
