2. Refund Eligibility

- Complete service failure where our IPTV service does not function on any of your devices, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your initial report
- Duplicate charges or billing errors resulting in overcharges
- Service not activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation despite multiple attempts to contact support
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Issues caused by your internet service provider (ISP) or local network configuration
- Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or third-party outages
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Incompatibility with devices that were not listed as supported
3. How to Request a Refund
